Branding photography, headshots, social media content… what the heck is it really, and why do you need it?
Can’t we just get our phones out and snap some killer shots ourselves? Well yes, you can, and I often do that myself but people buy from people and having some awesome professional content is business gold!
You know when you’re on a small business website and you go to the about page and it doesn’t have a photo of who your buying from it’s a bit of a damp squib. You want to know who they are, what they love and are they someone you want to work with and might like hanging out with?
Your personality, loves and hates, how many dogs, cats, or budgies you have and why you do what you do is what sells people on choosing your business to work with. WHERE ARE YOU BASED + DO YOU TRAVEL?
I’m based in sunny Fife, Scotland and I LOVE to travel. I’ll always let you know any associated travel costs when you enquire. I like the heat so anywhere abroad is encouraged! I recently covered a workshop in Majorca and loved it.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and what feels like you, rather than trying to buy new clothes. Come in what you work in. If you’re a potter – come in your potter’s apron. If you do want a wee hand with that I do have a contact that can do a wardrobe edit for you for an additional fee.
Feel free to bring more than one outfit if you’ve booked a 3hr+ package.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Feel free to bring props! Anything that shows what you do or who you are. If you’re a writer bring your laptop, if you’re a yoga instructor bring a mat. Brownie points if you bring live props like your dog, cat or snake 😉 Anything cute or fluffy I can cuddle!
WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Branding days will be at a set location but if you book a package just for you then you get to choose! On location at your workshop/studio/office, or out and about in the great outdoors! Or a mix of both.
DO YOU COVER TEAMS OF STAFF?
Absolutely. I’m more than happy to cover an intimate team of staff of up to 6 people. You would need to book a 3hr+ package for me to be able to cover a team of staff but I’m more than up for it!
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER ADD ONS?
Heck yeah. I can offer an on-site editor for super fast delivery of images. A stylist to make sure everything looks perfect. Or a second shooter so you have additional angles and candids to choose from in your gallery. You can also purchase additional images if you just need em all!
