Jenni & Liam’s Glasgow Wedding
Oh, you’re gonna love this one! Jenni and Liam, two absolute young lovebirds, tied the knot at The Haberdashery, Glasgow—and let me tell you, this place is a vibe. It’s one of Glasgow’s newer wedding venues, and it’s as hipster and cool as you’d imagine. We’re talking exposed brick, industrial chic, and a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The staff? Absolute legends. They even served up a vendor meal so comfy we may or may not have had a cheeky sofa cat nap before the party kicked off.
A Fun Start at Hotel Indigo
The day started with Jenni and her girls getting ready at the Hotel Indigo Glasgow. the makeup artist was an absolute gem—fun, professional, and just a joy to be around. Bridal prep was full of giggles and cupcakes from Baked at 39, which looked almost too good to eat. (I might’ve pinched one… for “artistic research,” obviously.)

The Ceremony & Flyover Fun
For the ride to The Haberdashery, I hopped in the cab with the bridal party, courtesy of GlasGO Cabs. It’s always fun to see how couples navigate those pre-wedding jitters, but Jenni and Liam? Cool as cucumbers. The ceremony itself was short and sweet— just lovely.
Then came my favourite part: the couple portraits. We braved a bit of Glasgow drizzle, but Jenni and Liam were total troopers. We wandered around, found some quirky spots, and even got a Scots flag in a pub window as a backdrop. Oh, and shoutout to the traffic on the flyover for all the honks and cheers—classic Glasgow! I’m very much a “go with the flow” kind of photographer, so it was a quick 15-minute session with plenty of laughs along the way.

Liam’s Speech & a Basement Bash
Liam, suited and booted in Slater Menswear, gave the sweetest mini speech. He was clearly a wee bit nervous, but honestly, he nailed it—bless him.
Group shots had to be indoors thanks to the rain, which, if I’m being honest, aren’t my favourite. (Seriously, who actually loves group shots?) But we got through them quickly and moved on to the fun stuff: food, drinks, and dancing! I need to chase up the caterer’s name because the meal was amazing—10/10 would recommend.
The night ended with a banging party in The Haberdashery’s basement, which is such a cool space for a reception. Think low lighting, great tunes, and everyone letting loose on the dancefloor. Jenni and Liam sure know how to throw a party!

Why I Love Glasgow Weddings
Glasgow weddings like Jenni and Liam’s remind me why I love being a photographer in this city. It’s got personality, grit, and a whole lot of heart—just like The Haberdashery and this fab couple. Whether it’s the rain, the honking traffic, or a Scots flag found at the last minute, there’s always something that makes the day uniquely Glasgow.
